A True Romance I met my husband at a DJ Competition. He was on the DJ console, everyone grooving to his music. We clicked instantly. When we decided to get married, we knew we wanted it to be special; to have our personal touch. We planned the whole thing ourselves, down to every little detail. Everyone had such a great time.
Finding a calling Soon our friends and family were asking us to plan their weddings. I loved the creative side. How you could create moods, play with colours, with lights and that’s how we got into planning weddings.
Our heart. Our home We have our roots in Goa and have always wanted our home here. The moment we laid eyes on the views – the farmland, the rivulet that turns to a stream during the rains – we were hooked onto this apartment. Just like our wedding, planning this house was a labour of love . Every little detail in this house was planned by us. We put a lot of ourselves into making this house our home.
We had a lot of ideas for our kitchen. I knew I wanted a large undercounter sink. I had my heart set on this particular granite and also a fair idea of the kind of hardware. There were moments of uncertainty when I did not know how the kitchen would look. The tiles at one point seemed like a risk but I followed my heart and in the end when I saw it all come together, I was like OK ! Wow !! We explored a lot of options out there before we decided to go with IFB and we are so glad we did. Our kitchen really ties the house together. We love our IFB Kitchen.
