Payment terms
Our Payment terms are as follows:
- 10% booking fees on confirmation of order
- 40% prior to Kitchen going into production
- 50% prior to delivery of kitchen to site
We offer up to 2 design changes prior to confirmation of order at no cost. In case of more than two design changes prior to confirmation of order, IFB reserves the right of charging a non-refundable design fee of Rs. 5,000.
In those instances where the order is confirmed, the amount paid in lieu of Design Fees is considered part of the amount payable against order confirmation.

- Debit/Bank Cards
- Electronic & Online Payments
- Credit Cards
- Cash upto Rs. 2,00,000 on provision PAN CARD details
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any time post confirmation of order but prior to the kitchen going into production.
An order cannot be cancelled once goods have gone into production.
In the event of cancellation of order an amount of Rs.5000 is retained from your booking fees and the balance refunded.
